Holistic and comprehensive birth and baby preparation support.

3 -2 hour sessions in the comfort of your home for a full birth and postpartum education as well as support in discovering your priorities, practicing strategies, and overcoming fears. With this comprehensive approach,  you can step into birth feeling feeling empowered, connected, and prepared for the birth and postpartum experience you desire.

This comprehensive package is perfect for those who:

- desire a deeper, more personalized understanding of birth and postpartum than a standard hospital class     will offer

- are first-time parents

- aren't sure they want a doula-attended birth but want to set themselves and their support system up for       success

- have unique circumstances

- have anxieties surrounding the reproductive process

Single Session Support

Additional or one-off prenatal guidance catered to your unique needs.

 A 2 hour session in the comfort of your home covering any of the topics listed above.

Single session support is perfect for:

- subsequent pregnancies/children who are looking to improve their experience 

- those with specific concerns, topics of interest, or special circumstances 

- those who have already completed some other form of prenatal education but are looking for more        support

- those who are already receiving birth or postpartum services but would appreciate more prenatal support than is offered in my standard birth or postpartum services. * This service is highly recommended for those using Birth Doula services who have opted not to take another childbirth class as it allows for more time to cover the fundamentals of the birthing process in addition to the topics discussed in the standard service.

Virtual Support

Same personalized support with the convenience of virtual service. 

Fully customizable prenatal education and preparation support. Available by the hour, from the comfort of your couch. Including any of the topics listed above.

Virtual support is perfect for:

- those who fall outside my catchment area

- those who require more flexibility in their scheduling but still desire the same quality of care

- those who want to tack on more prenatal support to their birth or postpartum package.
